Bausch & Lomb GmbH is seeking a Manufacturing Group Leader V for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) in Greenville, SC. The role oversees visual inspection of sterile pharmaceutical products and ensures adherence to cGMP, GDP, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include training inspection personnel, leading qualification efforts, and driving continuous improvement within the inspection process, partnering with Operations and Quality to resolve issues and promote Right First Time.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience coaching and leading teams preferred.
• Proficient with GMP systems (ERPLx, CATSWeb) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversight of visual inspection activities and GDP adherence.
