Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedule and address process-related issues to meet goals.
• Lead fellow Team Leaders to align operational objectives.
• Assign tasks for manufacturing operations and support associates.
• Review weekly production schedule with Planning for capacity issues.
• Maintain system entry, standards, and achieve OEE targets.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and minimize downtime and rejects.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the area.
• Support OpEx improvement initiatives and cost reductions.
