Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, on-time manufacture and delivery of products in compliance with GMP, ISO, and EHS standards.

You will lead a team, assign tasks, review schedules with Planning, monitor OEE, and drive continuous improvement. Strong people management, communication, and documentation skills are essential, as is English

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills.

• Problem solving, facilitator and management skills.
• Self-motivated.

• Demonstrated analytical skills; results oriented on a continual basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to support the daily production schedule and ensure safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with IPT Leader and peers to address resource constraints and align with departmental objectives.
• Assign tasks for manufacturing operations and support staff.
• Review weekly production schedule with Planning on capacity and scheduling issues.
• Maintain and achieve OEE targets; monitor line speeds and downtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide feedback to managers on performance and behaviors.
• Maintain GMP/ISO/EHS compliance within the area; participate in OpEx initiatives.
• Assist with training and health evaluations; support continuous improvement opportunities.
• Complete all required documentation and batch records accurately.
