Job summary

Clopay Corporation in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor (10pm-6am) to lead a manufacturing team. You will ensure a safe work environment, manage staffing, and drive production schedules in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include safety training, line efficiency improvements, quality control, incident investigations, and mentoring employees. The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years manufacturing experience and 3–5 years in supervision, plus strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience and education.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience with 3–5 years in supervisor/manager roles.
• Strong MS Office and collaboration tools proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe work environment and ensure safety training and equipment use.
• Lead job rotation, housekeeping, and adherence to safety policies.
• Lead accident investigations within the department.
• Track and improve line efficiencies and reduce labor costs.
• Ensure product quality and timely production schedules.
• Maintain disciplinary and policy compliance and resolve conflicts.
• Lead monthly continuous improvement projects and mentor staff.
• Manage vacation calendar and timekeeping for the department.
