Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am) in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial for maintaining high-speed production lines and performing electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical experience (VFDs, Servo Motors, etc.).
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment start-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose, repair, and resolve root causes of machine issues.
• Train and coach less experienced technicians on safe practices.
