Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience plus 3–5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with participating or leading continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to solve problems with little direction.
• Proven ability to work with and lead a team.
• Willingness to come in early, stay late or work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe work environment in the assigned department and ensure safety training and PPE use.
• Lead proper job rotation, housekeeping, and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Lead accident/incident investigations within the department.
• Track and improve line efficiencies; suggest process or layout changes to reduce costs.
• Ensure product quality and timely completion of production schedules.
• Maintain conformance with company policies and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Administer policies and maintain positive employer/employee relations.
• Lead monthly continuous improvement projects.
• Provide training, mentoring, and development for employees.
