Job summary

Sub-Zero, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Operations/Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead fabrication and sheet metal activities.

You will manage daily production, coordinate with teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a high-end appliance environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with lean manufacturing concepts, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better required.
• Previous shipping/receiving and warehouse management experience.
• Experience with high tonnage hydraulic presses, CNC punch presses, and press brakes.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts, quality measurements, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with welding and finishing all types of materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong initiative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises fabrication activities to achieve production goals and quality standards.
• Plans operations, man-hours, materials and workflow for timely production.
• Organizes and assigns work and cross-trains employees.
• Ensures safety devices and PPE usage, and promotes safety improvements.
• Monitors quality measures and drives continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with internal groups to optimize costs and scheduling.
• Promotes positive employee relations through open communication.
• Ensures adherence to attendance and performance policies.
