Job summary

PAC Worldwide in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dedicated 3rd shift supervisor to lead packaging operations from 11pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday. The role includes overseeing safety, quality checks, and daily shift activities, with a $1.10/hour shift differential.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years in packaging equipment and 2 years in a flexible packaging environment, plus strong English communication and computer skills (MS Office).

Qualifications

• Must be able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-pace environment.
• Must be capable of maintaining good attendance.
• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalency.
• 2 years knowledge of all packaging equipment and procedures.
• 2 years in flexible packaging industry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
• Promote safe behaviors and enforce safety procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on machines throughout the department.
• Assist supervisor with staffing, rework, safety investigations, and shift issues.
• Work with Training Team to train new employees.
• Troubleshoot downtime and assist machine operators with setups.
