Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of SOPs and GMP is preferred.
• Ability to manage on a 3rd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Manufacturing and Packaging activities on 3rd shift.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate training and development of department staff.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
