Job summary

Nature's Way in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead Manufacturing and Packaging teams, ensuring safe operations, schedule adherence, and product quality.

You will manage budgets, CAPEX, and continuous improvement projects, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with cGMP and QA standards.

This role requires a two-year degree in operations management and several years of supervision experience; a lean/Six Sigma mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Operations Management is required.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and APICS certifications/experience are desired.

Responsibilities

• Directs Manufacturing and Packaging departments to meet production targets.
• Manages budgets, capacity planning, and scheduling to optimize resources.
• Ensures compliance with quality systems (cGMP, QA) and safety procedures.
• Mentors staff and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the unit.
