Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift to direct the Manufacturing and Packaging departments. You will manage personnel, equipment, and safety programs, ensuring quality and on-time production.

You will lead a KPI-driven team, enforce SOPs and cGMP standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement and lean initiatives. This is a Sunday–Thursday night shift with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Operations Management required.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and APICS certifications/experience desired.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Manufacturing and Packaging department activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and track KPIs; coach staff toward performance goals.
• Enforce SOPs and Quality System procedures; drive Lean improvements.
• Coordinate capital projects and budget inputs; optimize capacity and output.
