Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am) to lead the Manufacturing and Packaging teams. You will oversee daily operations, ensure GMP/SOP adherence, and drive steady improvements while training staff and monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of SOPs and GMP is preferred.
• Ability to manage on a 3rd shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Manufacturing and Packaging activities on 3rd shift.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate training and development of department staff.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
