Nature's Touch is seeking a 3rd Shift Production/Sanitation Supervisor in Front Royal, VA. You will oversee overnight production and sanitation activities, ensuring compliance and a safe, clean facility for the next shift.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, and bilingual English/Spanish ability. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential, with an overnight schedule Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all end-of-shift production activities.
• Lead the full sanitation cycle through start-up.
• Supervise hourly production and sanitation team members across both functions.
• Ensure seamless handoff between production and sanitation and full regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean facility ready for the next production run.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
