Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sun evening to Fri morning, 10:30pm–7:30am). You will lead safety, quality, and asset performance, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with on-site teams to meet the production plan.

You will hire and onboard staff, coach through the NCE approach, enforce SOPs/SSOPs, and ensure GMP compliance, sanitation, and training.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years related work experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of production supervisory experience.
• Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and safety practices.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening).
• Understanding of GMPs, sanitation, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and asset performance to meet production plan.
• Coach and develop staff; onboard new employees; manage performance.
• Enforce SOPs/SSOPs and environmental protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause problem solving.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and maintenance for facility upkeep.
