Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 3rd Shift position in our Tennessee facility. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment to minimize downtime and support production goals.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document completed work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and performance while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems (24V-480V).
• Experience using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Commitment to safe work practices and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment issues throughout the facility.
• Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, servicing, and documentation of completed work.
• Support equipment rebuilds, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and maintenance teams to maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Promote safe work practices, ensure compliance with plant safety standards, and identify opportunities for equipment performance improvement.
