Industrial Pallet Corp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift to keep production lines safe and efficient. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting, install motors, and maintain equipment to support uptime and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed.
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming.
• Troubleshoot control circuits and production equipment.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment.
• Complete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processes.
• Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, maintenance team members, and plant leadership.
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production.
• Track spare parts usage and assist with inventory management.
