Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions Segment in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to safely and efficiently troubleshoot and repair equipment, support upgrades, and install new equipment.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering and EHS, maintain safety, and move across areas to meet production goals; lifting up to 50 lb, operating lifts, and performing Capex-related tasks. This on-site role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to learn and apply new maintenance techniques and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures and upgrades.
• Perform electrical and mechanical work; replace parts and upgrade systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and EHS to complete Capex projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety practices.
