Job summary

Techmer PM in Clinton, TN is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sun–Fri) to maintain production and facility equipment. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.

The role requires strong mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting experience, including motor controls, VFDs, drives, sensors, and PLC inputs/outputs (programming not required).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with motor controls, VFDs, AC/DC drives, and servo motors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and pneumatic diagrams.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs (programming not required) and electrical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems including motor controls, VFDs, and drives.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; diagnose equipment failures.
• Complete maintenance work orders in CMMS and document activities accurately.
• Assist with projects and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
