Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the Clinton, Tennessee facility on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Sunday through Friday, to maintain production and facility equipment and support safe, reliable operations. This role requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting, motor controls, VFDs, AC/DC drives, sensors, relays, and PLC inputs/outputs (no programming).

CMMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V.
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and pneumatic diagrams.
Experience troubleshooting PLC inputs/outputs (programming not required).
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and CMMS.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety.
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems including motor controls, VFDs, AC/DC drives.
Maintain production equipment and complete PM tasks via the CMMS system.
Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and pneumatic drawings.
Document maintenance activities and keep areas clean and organized.
