Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Mountain Home, Arkansas. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, install upgrades, and support uptime and safety initiatives across the plant.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 lb, and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. You will collaborate with Engineering and EHS, learn new techniques, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a 3rd shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures and perform upgrades.
• Install and program new equipment and perform related maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and EHS to complete Capex projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Be flexible to move between work areas to meet delivery and productivity goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
