Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift to support our manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years in equipment maintenance in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years with CMMS software for work orders & data.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose equipment issues quickly and accurately, determining root causes and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with the MRO Buyer and maintenance planner to ensure availability of parts and tools.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records in the CMMS for KPIs and compliance.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize production disruptions.
