Job summary

talentline-services-llc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep equipment, machinery, and facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs to minimize downtime and sustain productivity.

The role involves using various tools to address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing concerns, collaborating with team members to support overall operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of experience using general hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
