Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to support manufacturing by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime. The role requires diagnosing issues, coordinating with the MRO Buyer and planner for parts, and maintaining CMMS records while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with CMMS

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
1–3 years in equipment maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
1–3 years CMMS experience preferred.
Industrial Maintenance or Electrician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to maintain peak performance and minimize downtime.
Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for mechanical/electrical malfunctions.
Coordinate with the MRO Buyer and maintenance planner for parts and tools.
Maintain detailed records in the CMMS system for work orders, parts usage, and actions taken.
Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize disruption of production.
