Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 1st shift to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliable operation and safety compliance. This role focuses on regular preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, and a solid foundation in safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing maintenance or related field.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety Training preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support: Basic Life Support Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machinery.
• Implements repairs and modifications to restore equipment functionality.
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assists in the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Conducts performance tests on machinery to ascertain efficiency.
• Perform line equipment set ups by following setup sheets.
