Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Facilities Maintenance team member for the 2nd shift (3:30PM-11:00PM) to keep our production and support spaces safe, functional, and compliant. The role involves hands-on work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and equipment like boilers and generators, plus coordinating with vendors for specialized tasks.

You will perform safety checks, assist in upgrades, and help maintain accurate maintenance records across site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; trade certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years in facilities maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting.
• Maintain and repair facility equipment such as boilers, compressors, and generators.
• Conduct safety checks to meet regulatory and company standards; ensure fire safety systems function.
• Work with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks and oversee their work.
• Support facility upgrades, renovations, and manage inventories for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and systems; adapt to location variations.
