Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to support manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to maximize equipment uptime.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, plus CMMS familiarity. You will collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).
• 1–3 years in equipment maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment (Required).
• 1–3 years with CMMS for managing work orders and maintenance data (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, to maintain peak performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues quickly and accurately, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
• Coordinate with the MRO Buyer and maintenance planner to ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools for maintenance tasks, helping control inventory and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and corrective actions, within the CMMS system to support maintenance KPIs and compliance reporting.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance tasks, conducting safety checks and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment safety.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to coordinate maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to production and ensuring clear communication on equipment status.
