Job summary

Menasha Corporation in York, PA is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician for a 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) at our York facility. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, handle small repairs, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include changing bulbs, installing filtration, patching ceilings, painting, and basic mechanical/electrical tasks. Overtime and weekend work may be required; a $3 shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Safety sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical, electrical and hydraulic tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a production environment with moving equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Effective communication across a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Change light bulbs and fixtures; replace ceiling tiles as needed.
• Cut and install filter material for air systems; perform painting as required.
• Perform general construction tasks (repairs of walls, doors, locks).
• Install and inspect safety equipment (eye wash, hearing protection, first aid).
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors; coordinate with manager.
• Assist with maintenance projects and complete scheduled work orders.
