Job summary

Penn Color, Inc. in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for third shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) to join our hands-on maintenance team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment issues in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, trade certification preferred, and at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. CMMS familiarity and a safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial/facility maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with CMMS and safety procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential failures and take corrective action.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC and plant utilities.
• Document all maintenance work in logs or CMMS systems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
