Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an overnight Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior upkeep, ensure safety and GMP adherence, and communicate issues to the maintenance team for a productive, safe environment. The role operates on a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 11:00pm to 7:00am with a $3 shift differential.

The position requires hands-on maintenance work, basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, and ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive position with ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to effectively work in teams and communicate across roles.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Change light bulbs and fixtures.
• Cut and install filter material for air filtering system.
• Change ceiling tiles as necessary.
• Perform general painting and construction duties.
• Install and inspect safety equipment and supplies.
• Proactively communicate problems to maintenance manager/lead.
• Complete scheduled work orders.
