II Stanley Co. in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. The position reports to the Maintenance supervisor and focuses on preventive maintenance of equipment, oil and liner changes, cleaning, and 5S practices to keep production running smoothly.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and mechanical experience; preferred qualifications include reading PLC/robot programming and electrical experience, plus good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical experience is essential for daily PM tasks.
• Reading PLC/robotic programming is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment daily, including oil/liner changes and filter changes.
• Maintain 5S, cleaning, cathode changes/rebuild, and overall equipment upkeep.
