Job Juncture is assisting a global manufacturing leader in Hastings, MI to hire an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled automation to keep production running.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED), 3+ years in industrial maintenance, and experience with robotics and PLCs. We offer competitive hourly wages and a path to career progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with PLCs and automated systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical faults and PLC issues.
• Troubleshoot robotic and automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventories.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to implement improvements.
