Job summary

II Stanley Co., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Battle Creek, MI facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, completing tasks such as oil/liner changes, cleaning, cathode work, 5S, and filter changes under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and mechanical experience, with preferred qualifications including electrical, molding/coating, PLC/robot programming, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED is required.
• Mechanical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of equipment daily.
• Execute PM tasks: oil/liner changes, cleaning (vacuum/scraping/grinding), cathode changes/rebuild, 5S, and filter changes.
• Work under Maintenance supervision; position subject to 30-day review.

Reports to Joe Barnebee

Basic Functions:

Under the direction of the Maintenance, the Maintenance PM Tech will be responsible for Preventive Maintenance of Equipment on a daily basis. PM tasks- Oil/liner changes, Cleaning- vacuum/scraping/grinding, Cathode changes/rebuild, 5s, Filter changes. Position is subject to 30 day review.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school Diploma/GED
• Mechanical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pass Mechanical Aptitude Test
• Good Communication Skills
• Preventive Maintenance Experience
• (VTI) Experience
• Electrical experience
• Molding/Coating experience
• PLC/Robotic Programming
