You will oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support SQF/GMP practices, with a focus on reducing downtime and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, an associate or related certificate, and familiarity with PLCs; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a maintenance technician or closely related role.
• Associate’s degree or relevant college certificate in a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in directing and coordinating maintenance policies and procedures.
• Manage and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment.
