Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Supervisory or lead experience with direct reports preferred.
• Associates degree or college program certificate, or 3+ years related experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Basic PLC experience and SAP familiarity; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a staff of maintenance technicians (approx. 15).
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues and direct repairs.
• Promote a Safety First culture and ensure SQF/GMP compliance.
