Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep production running safely, efficiently, and reliably in a 3rd shift role in the United States. You will lead maintenance technicians, implement preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure policies are followed and downtime is minimized.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, an associate degree or relevant certificate, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a maintenance technician or closely related role.
• Experience directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians preferred.
• Associate's degree or relevant college certificate in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated team.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in directing and coordinating maintenance policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• Manage and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Quickly assess problems to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain knowledge of SQF Quality Management policies and GMP practices.
