Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on, 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise technicians, diagnose complex equipment issues, and implement preventive maintenance with a CMMS.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with Production, and managing external vendors to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills; reading schematics/drawings; PLCs/CMMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 3rd shift maintenance technicians.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs using a CMMS.
• Enforce safety standards (OSHA, LOTO, PPE) and participate in safety audits.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production and outside vendors.
