Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Springdale, AR location. You will lead the maintenance team, drive reliability, and implement continuous improvement to meet production goals while coaching staff in safety and efficiency.

The role requires significant supervisory experience in manufacturing, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and familiarity with CMMS. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience with various roles and progressive responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability and understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs and basic programming.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with CMMS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to travel 5% and work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues promptly.
• Maintain all production and equipment in satisfactory condition and schedule repairs to minimize downtime.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Manage maintenance work order program, including assignment, completion, and scheduling.
