Job summary

Hometown Food Company in North Little Rock, AR seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 6pm-6am shift to lead maintenance of production equipment and ensure regulatory compliance. This role manages a maintenance staff, develops preventive programs and participates in budget planning to drive safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include project leadership, GMP/LOTO/HACCP training, and collaboration with suppliers to meet plant goals.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent.
• BA/BS in Engineering or technical field preferred.
• 4 - 7 years related maintenance and supervisor experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements maintenance programs and monitors execution.
• Leads projects for installation, modification or renovation of equipment/facilities.
• Collaborates with suppliers, contractors to meet goals.
• Hires, trains and develops maintenance staff with GMP, LOTO, HACCP training.
• Participates in maintenance budget planning and cost control.
• Administers plant policies and regulatory compliance.
• Works with plant management to meet quality, safety and productivity goals.
• Supports the plant safety program and department structure.
