Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Assist line operators and balance the line to maximize productivity.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; support maintenance during downtime.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and packaging adjustments.
• Coordinate breaks and lunches and cover for operators as needed.
• Ensure high-quality output by monitoring sensory and CCP requirements and proper labeling.
