Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator at the Springdale, AR plant. You will work with plant leadership to ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate safety standards and lead training for new hires and current staff.

The role requires coordinating onboarding with HR, conducting safety inspections, and developing KPIs to improve safety performance. Shift is 6am-3pm, full-time at the AR facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health and Safety preferred.
• 2–5 years of health and safety experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding and training with HR for new and temporary staff.
• Identify and control hazardous workplace conditions.
• Train employees on safety policies and government regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state health and safety standards.
• Develop and report on KPIs for safety programs.
• Lead safety trainings such as LOTO, OSHA, and forklift.
• Collaborate with managers to enforce safety requirements.
• Maintain OSHA certifications and participate in inspections.
