Job summary

Rosina Food Products is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our West Seneca, NY facility. Lead a hands-on maintenance team to keep equipment running efficiently, while driving safety, staffing, and preventive maintenance programs in a food manufacturing environment.

You will supervise skilled technicians, coordinate with HR, manage parts inventory, and ensure OSHA/PSM compliance. The role demands 3-5 years of leadership in food manufacturing, with strong mechanical and refrigeration

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing (frozen food preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, ammonia refrigeration, and OSHA/PSM standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Solid computer and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Keep production and support equipment running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Oversee preventative maintenance scheduling and planning.
