Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield facility is a 3rd shift operation (10pm–6am) focused on maintenance leadership for the shift maintenance crew.

The Maintenance Lead directs emergency, reactive and proactive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality KPIs are met while aligning with plant priorities. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in industrial operations with strong troubleshooting, reading drawings, and CMMS SAP proficiency.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead teams by motivating and coaching others.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical power transmission equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Able to work flexible to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CMMS systems (preferably SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift maintenance crew to complete planned and unplanned work.
• Support safety, quality/food safety and KPI results.
• Utilize SAP CMMS to order parts, write and track work orders.
• Train mechanics on CMMS system as needed.
• Participate in daily shift meetings and communicate with teams.
• Assist in capital projects and contractor visits.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
