Michael Foods, Inc. in Wakefield, NE seeks a Maintenance Technician L1 for the 3rd shift (M-F 10pm–6am).

You will perform mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and engage in root cause analysis to improve asset reliability in a high-output food processing facility. Responsibilities include reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams, using hand and power tools, and supporting safety and GMP compliance while maintaining accurate maintenance records in our CMMS

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience in SAP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
