- 5+ years of industrial plant maintenance experience.
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong preventive maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience supporting high-speed production equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians during 3rd shift operations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on high-speed production equipment.
- Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with plant standards.
- Partner with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
