Job summary

You will report to the Machining Engineering Manager and work across the machining department to improve efficiency and quality. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in machining, with CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and process-improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; machining focus preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machining engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and machining simulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and work-holding solutions.
• Support new product development with machining input and feasibility analysis.
• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and implement new equipment.
• Monitor process metrics and drive continuous improvements.
