Job summary

3M in Red Wing, MN is seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a world-class manufacturing team. You will supervise, coach, and develop staff, ensure safety-first culture, and meet daily production schedules while solving challenges.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, interviewing and hiring, applying Lean principles to improve processes, maintaining quality and safety, and providing monthly reporting on key performance metrics. Travel may be up to 5% domestically.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed and verified.
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Two (2) years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and development of a world class Manufacturing team.
• Support a positive, safety-first culture and ensure production schedules are attained.
