Job summary

Peli BioThermal in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the overnight manufacturing team, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time. You will develop Team Leads and associates, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production challenges.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher in a technical field, 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, and working knowledge of cGMP, ISO,

Qualifications

Formal leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO guidelines, and quality standards.
Experience with Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement practices.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee production teams to meet daily schedules and quality standards.
Promote a Safety First culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
Identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
Coach and develop employees with performance feedback.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and process optimization.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and other departments.
Track production metrics and report on productivity and quality.
