Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher completed and verified.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Five years of manufacturing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Lean Certification and leadership experience are advantageous.
