Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components in Kentucky. The Maintenance Technician will perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility machinery and equipment to ensure reliable operations and safety.

You will read manuals, work orders, and use hand tools, meters, and CAD/PLC software as needed, with on-call and on-site responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Community College certificate/degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical/electrical trades or industrial repair experience.
• Ability to read manuals and work orders; use hand/power tools and meters.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Inspect facility areas for safety and housekeeping compliance.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with supervision and contractors for projects as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues promptly.
