Flex-N-Gate LLC in Rockford, TN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.). This role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repair of automotive equipment to minimize downtime and sustain production.

Candidates should have high school diploma, 3–5 years of maintenance experience and proven ability to read blueprints, work with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and operate an overhead crane. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read hydraulics/pneumatics/electrical prints.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on machinery and equipment using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Document daily activities using computer software.
• Operate overhead crane to move equipment.
• Support production to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies with urgency and overtime as needed.
• Read controls, drawings and design concepts.
